What's included in a standard clean?
A standard clean covers all living areas, bedrooms, bathrooms, and the kitchen — dusting, vacuuming, mopping, wiping down surfaces, and sanitizing high-touch spots like doorknobs and light switches. Need something deeper? Ask about our Deep Cleaning service.
What's not included in a clean?
Standard cleans don’t include inside the oven or fridge, exterior windows, wall washing, or moving heavy furniture — those are available as add-ons if you need them. Just mention it when you book.
How much does house cleaning cost in Scarborough?

What about my pets?
Pets are welcome to stay! Most homeowners find it easiest to keep dogs and cats in a separate room during the clean, but our cleaners are comfortable working around calm pets.
Are you bonded and insured?
Yes — every cleaner is fully insured and bonded before their first job, so you’re covered in the rare case anything goes wrong.
What if I need to cancel or reschedule my appointment?
Just let us know as soon as you can and we’ll find a new time that works. We appreciate reasonable notice so we can offer that slot to another customer, but we understand things come up.
