Who We Are
We Don't Just Clean Homes. We Give You Your Time Back.
Cleaning Experts Toronto is a locally run cleaning company based in Scarborough. No call centre and no franchise script. Just a trained, background-checked team that shows up when we say we will and does the job properly.
OUR STORY
Why We Started Cleaning Experts Toronto
Toronto has no shortage of cleaning companies. What it is short on is ones that show up on time, send someone reliable, and do what they said they would without a follow-up call. We started Cleaning Experts Toronto in Scarborough to fix that. It is a cleaning company run the way we would want to be treated: on time, clear about price, and easy to reach if something is wrong. We are new, and that is still the whole business model.
OUR VALUES
WHAT WE STAND FOR
Reliability
We show up in the window we confirm. If we’re running late, you hear from us before you have to ask.
Transparency
The price we quote is the price you pay. No surprise fees added once we’re already in your home.
Respect
Your home isn’t a job site to us. Shoes off, careful with your things, cleaned up before we leave.
Consistency
Same checklist, every visit, whoever’s on your team that day, so the results don’t depend on who shows up.
OUR PROMISES
You're Letting Strangers Into Your Home. You Should Know They're Safe.
Fully Bonded & Insured
Something goes wrong? We cover it. No drama and no arguments, just fixed. Every cleaner who enters your home is covered under our policy, not just the company on paper.
Safe for Kids & Pets
We use eco-friendly products only. Tough on dirt, gentle on your family, and on whoever’s crawling around your living room floor.
Every Cleaner is Screened
Background checks on every team member, every time, before they ever get a key or an alarm code. You don’t have to ask. It’s already done.
Transparent, Upfront Pricing
The price we quote before we arrive is the price you pay when we leave. No hourly clock, no surprise add-ons sprung on you at the door.
Local Knowledge
Based in Scarborough. Not a Call Centre Somewhere Else.
Our schedulers and our cleaning team are based right here in Scarborough. When you email us, you are talking to someone who knows the difference between a Guildwood bungalow and an Agincourt condo. We hire locally, train in person, and cover every corner of Scarborough, including Agincourt, Guildwood, Malvern, Birch Cliff, Cedarbrae, Woburn, Scarborough Village, and Highland Creek.
Not Happy? We Come Back. Free.
If your home isn’t spotless, tell us within 24 hours. We’ll come back and reclean at no charge, no questions asked. That’s our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee, and it’s the same promise whether it’s your first clean or your fiftieth.
