What isn't included in a clean?
- Spaces under furniture/sofas unreachable by vacuum
- Laundry (folding clothes is an add-on)
- Exterior windows and walls
- Inside cabinets (including china cabinets)
- Inside closets (will be vacuumed/mopped if empty)
- Any outside areas (only the front/back door)
- Under heavy furniture
- Small items such as toys, books, shoes, etc.
- Hand-washing dishes (they go in the dishwasher, or add dish washing)
- Books will not be removed from the shelf

Yes. Every cleaner is bonded and insured before their first job.
What is the cost of my cleaning?
It depends on the size of your home and the kind of clean. Ask for a free quote and we email you one fixed price.
Should I tip my cleaner?
No. A tip is never expected. If you’d like to thank your cleaner, the full amount goes to them.
What if something in my home gets broken?
Email us and we make it right. Every cleaner is bonded and insured, so a breakage is ours to fix, not yours to argue about.
